Top Physics Puzzle Games Performance in Algeria Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the top five physics puzzle games in Algeria showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active user metrics. Here's a closer look at their trends based on Sensor Tower data.

Angry Birds 2 from Rovio Entertainment experienced a significant growth in weekly downloads, peaking at around 10.2K in early June. The game also saw a rise in active users, climbing from approximately 16.9K at the start of the quarter to about 35.4K by the end. Revenue was negligible until mid-June when it reached a modest $58 before dropping again.

Angry Birds Evolution maintained a consistent, albeit low, revenue of $1 weekly throughout the quarter. Downloads were virtually non-existent, and active users remained stable at four.

Woodout!, published by Trang Nguyen Thi, saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, initially dropping from 306 to 48 by the end of June. Active users showed a slight decrease from 3.5K to about 3.2K over the quarter. Revenue was only recorded in early April, peaking at $13.

Wood Screw by Zego Global Pte Ltd started with a strong download rate of 7.5K, but this gradually decreased to 670 by the end of June. Active users also saw a decline from approximately 111.8K to 60K. Revenue was recorded at $13 in the first week, with no subsequent earnings.

Finally, Angry Birds Friends saw a notable spike in downloads mid-April at 10K, with a final count of around 1.9K by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 16.8K in mid-April before settling around 7.3K.
